We currently ship internationally to North America, Europe, and Asia with Canada Post and DHL.
North American shipping rates are calculated at checkout for order totals below $99 and free on orders greater than $99.
All shipping rates in Europe and Asia are calculated at checkout.
Different shipping methods are available.
AM I ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?
All monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
If the item is defective or damaged and you would like
to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
for further information. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONALIZATION AFTER I'VE ALREADY ORDERED?
An embroidered monogram personalization cannot be changed once an order is completed.
